This Privacy Policy describes how dahp Studios ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Neon Breaker (the "App") on iOS and Android devices.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information depending on how you use the App:

If you register an account:

Email address
Display name (chosen by you)
Game data: high score, levels unlocked, account creation date

If you play as a guest (no account):

No personal information is collected or stored on our servers
Achievements are stored locally on your device only

Automatically collected (all users):

Advertising ID (for personalized ads via Google AdMob)
App usage data collected by Firebase Analytics (crash reports, session data)
Device type, operating system version, and app version

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To display your scores on the leaderboard
To save your game progress across devices
To show advertisements through Google AdMob
To improve app stability using crash reports

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication and Firestore database.

Google AdMob (Google LLC) — Advertising. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out in your device settings.

4. Data Retention

Account data (email, display name, high score) is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@dahp.io. Guest data exists only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

5. Advertising and Tracking

The App displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before collecting your Advertising ID. You may deny this permission and still use the App — you will receive non-personalized ads instead.

On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads in Settings → Google → Ads.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@dahp.io and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Security

User data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Object to data processing for advertising purposes

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at dahp.io/privacy with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
