Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DAHP Tech LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Neonverse (the "App") on iOS and Android devices.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. The App has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name or email address, and nothing you do in the App is uploaded to us.

Stored on your device only — never sent anywhere:

Your best score for each of the four games
Which Neon Breaker levels you have unlocked
Achievements you have earned
Your settings, and whether you have purchased the ad-free unlock

This information stays on the device and is permanently removed when you uninstall the App.

Collected by our advertising partner:

Your device's advertising identifier, together with device type, operating system version, and app version, used by Google AdMob to serve ads

This is collected by AdMob under its own privacy policy, not by us. See section 5 for how to limit it.

Ordinary web request data:

When the App starts, it requests one small public configuration file from dahp.io. As with any web request, this reveals your IP address to our hosting provider, which records standard server logs. The request contains no information about you and nothing is sent back to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

Because we do not collect personal information, there is very little to describe:

To show advertisements through Google AdMob
To check whether a minimum app version is required, and whether ads should be shown at all — this is the only purpose of the configuration file above

We do not profile you, build audience segments, or sell any data to anyone.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (Google LLC) — Advertising. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out in your device settings.

4. Data Retention

We hold no personal data, so we have nothing to retain. Everything the App saves lives on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App.

Previous versions. Earlier versions of the App offered optional accounts and online leaderboards. That functionality has been removed, and all account data previously held on our servers — email addresses, display names and scores — has been permanently deleted.

5. Advertising and Tracking

The App displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before collecting your Advertising ID. You may deny this permission and still use the App — you will receive non-personalized ads instead.

On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads in Settings → Google → Ads.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@dahp.io and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Security

We hold no personal data about you, so there is no account of yours for us to lose. Your scores, progress and settings are stored on your device and protected by your device's own operating system security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its use for advertising.

We hold none, so there is nothing for us to give you, correct, or delete. In practical terms:

To delete everything the App has saved — uninstall the App. That removes your scores, progress, achievements and settings from the device. (Settings → Reset to Defaults restores preferences only; it does not clear your scores or progress.)
To limit advertising data — see section 5. On iOS, decline the tracking prompt or turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use Settings → Google → Ads.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at dahp.io/privacy with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
